Leadership Changes: All Good Things Must Come to an End

As they say, all good things must come to an end. This week, we bid farewell to our beloved Executive Director, Jen Scully. For nearly 15 years, Jen has proven her dedication and commitment to the entire Gilda’s Club Westchester community while wearing numerous hats and holding key roles during her time here.

GET READY for Exercise as a Cancer Survivor – Thursday, March 31 at 6PM

Exercise helps to improve not only your physical health, but also your mental health during every phase of treatment. The American Cancer Society recommends adults should get 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity each week or a combination of these. Getting to or exceeding 300 minutes is ideal.

March is Women’s History Month and a time to honor and celebrate the generations of trailblazing women who have shaped American history. Gilda Radner is an extremely inspirational and influential woman who made a name for herself, changing the world of women’s comedy and the role of cancer support forever.
