As they say, all good things must come to an end. This week, we bid farewell to our beloved Executive Director, Jen Scully. For nearly 15 years, Jen has proven her dedication and commitment to the entire Gilda’s Club Westchester community while wearing numerous hats and holding key roles during her time here.

The American Cancer Society recommends adults should get 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity each week or a combination of these.
