Restorative yoga – a practice of relaxation – is a tool for healing chronic stress, recovering from illness, balancing energy, and quieting the mind.
In this class, we use bolsters and blankets in our asana or posture practice to open our chests, lungs and hearts and learn pranayama breathing as well as basic sitting meditation from the Buddhist tradition.
