An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Monday, repeating until October 31, 2018
The class will provide a warm and welcoming place for you to explore the benefits of coming back to the present moment. Liz will begin each class with a brief introduction and then she will lead us through a 15-20 minute guided meditation. Each session will end with room for questions and answers. Over time, it is Liz’s hope that you will begin to reap the benefits of meditation that include but are not limited to: reducing stress, increasing self awareness, and improving your quality of life.
