Meditation With Liz

An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Monday, repeating until November 30, 2018
Yoga and meditation has changed instructor, Liz Sutton’s life and she is eager to share her practice with us at Gilda’s Club.
The class will provide a warm and welcoming place for you to explore the benefits of coming back to the present moment. Liz will begin each class with a brief introduction and then she will lead us through a 15-20 minute guided meditation. Each session will end with room for questions and answers. Over time, it is Liz’s hope that you will begin to reap the benefits of meditation that include but are not limited to: reducing stress, increasing self awareness, and improving your quality of life.
